With more than 11 years of strategic management and customer service experience, Heather brings valuable managerial skills along with a variety of business expertise from the restaurant industry to the Harmony team. Heather plays a key role in day-to-day activities including customer service relations, managing field operations and schedules, and serving as a Quality Assurance liaison to Harmony's clientele.

Prior to joining Harmony Clean, Heather worked as an Office Manager at a manufacturing company in Ivyland, PA and also was an Assistant Manager at a local Doylestown Tavern where she managed a service staff of 15. Both experiences allowed her to hone her skills in office management and customer relations know-how.
At Harmony Clean, Heather enjoys the relaxed atmosphere whose company philosophy includes being environmentally conscience in which she is surrounded by a great group of women. In her spare time, Heather enjoys cooking in her Doylestown residence and playing billiards surrounded by friends.
