A licensed attorney, Mr. Kestenbaum received his JD from the University of Richmond in 1975 and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queens College in 1971. In August, Mr. Kestenbaum will publish his book So You Want to Franchise Your Business, and is preparing his next book, How to Be a Successful Franchisor.
