To be inducted into the Haroldsays.com Hall of Fame a company, government agency, or organization has to have team members who exceeds their customer's or clients needs and expectations. The company, agency, or organization also recognizes and in some cases rewards their team members for having received a "Rave," or positive feedback, for their excellent performance. Finally, they respond back to Harold at Haroldsays.com letting him know that they have received the "Rave," have informed their team member or members of the "Rave," and have responded to or rewarded the team member for their outstanding performance. All of the criteria have to be met in order for a company, agency, or organization to be included into the Haroldsays.com Hall of Fame.

The company, agency, or organization also refuses to recognize or retrain their team members for having received a "Rant," or negative feedback, for their poor performance. Finally, they do not respond back to Harold at Haroldsays.com letting him know that they have received the "Rant," or that they have informed their team member or members of the "Rant." They also have not addressed or retrained the team member for their poor performance. All of the criteria have to be met in order for a company, agency, or organization to be included into the Haroldsays.com Hall of Shame.
The companies, organizations, or agencies that have been inducted into the Haroldsays.com Hall of Fame for August includes; Charlie Brown's Steakhouses, Chase Bank, Colgate Palmolive, CTSI Telephone Company, CVS Pharmacy, Del Monte Foods, The PA Department of Corrections, Dunkin Donuts, Jeffrey Gitomer and Buy Gitomer.com, Glaxo Smith Kline, Alex House-Comedian, KMart, Pennstar Bank, Price Chopper, The Rudolph Steiner School in NYC, The Times Shamrock News Group, Turkey Hill Minit Markets, Unilever, The USPS, Washington County Maine DA's office, WNEP TV, and Zodiac Printing.
