David Hastings was first admitted to the State Bard of Arizona in 1979. That same year he was licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court of Arizona. He received both his undergraduate degree, and his degree in law from the University of Arizona. David Hastings has been practicing law for 36 years. On his own, he is one of the most experienced attorneys in the state.

The founder of Hastings & Hastings is not the only one with extensive experience. Donald Crowell is a litigator who has been employed by Hastings & Hastings for almost a decade and a half. He is another local graduate, who attended the University Of Arizona James E. Rogers College Of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1976, before even David Hastings! In his days serving accident victims he has litigated over 500 cases involved collisions, wrongful death, product liability, and professional negligence.

The attorneys at Hastings & Hastings are not all local Arizonians. John Coste is a graduate from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. Although he was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2008, he has been practicing law for over 25 years.
