"With home prices in my part of the country ridiculously high, I decided the only way to have a brand new unattached house was to buy a mobile home," Stern relates. "Forget the stigma and your preconceived notions about trailer parks. Life is good in a manufactured home, especially after your snobby dog adjusts!"
Known for his self-deprecating humor and one-liners, Stern has garnered quite a following on Facebook, Twitter and several other social media sites as people who wouldn't have considered buying a mobile home are suddenly thinking, "Could this be the answer to my dreams?"
