Also muscle will replace fat. Health is a longer term goal than most people want to prepare for, but you simply can't ignore the need for a good plan for improving and maintaining your bodies health. Anyone can get into better shape. We can all have the stamina and health that we had when we were young. There is no reason for all this ill health and misery. Start out with light weights and add heavier weights as you progress.
You don't have to train the whole body in one session. Just work a couple of muscle groups at a time each day. For instance, start your work out with low impact squats to hit the front of the thighs and you can also work the chest the same day and that's all you need to work two muscle groups on the first day.
Each day do, work two different muscle groups. If you can get into a gym, that's much better. They'll have everything you'll need for strength training. The freeweights, benches, machines and tread mills, which I can't stress enough for the benefits of a healthy heart.
Like I said before, take it easy at first, use light weights in the beginning of the session for the first three sets to warm up the muscle your working on then if you feel alright try a heavier weight even if its only three to five reps.
Health insurance companies charge very high premiums and not every one qualifies. For instance take the elderly. They pay the highest premium, most of them can't qualify or can't afford a policy. Kaiser, Blue cross, Health Net, Aetna...all health insurance companies will try to fight you in court if something catastrophic occurs, even if you've been paying a high premium for months. And there is a waiting period of at least six months of paying before you can even use it. Some don't have any dental benefits.
We need a company that works for the clients, young and old, rich or poor that have plenty of providers, with a patient advocacy program that will go in and negotiate an even lower hospital bill that can save you a large percentage of the cost. A health care plan that doesn't manage the kind of care and treatment you receive. That should be up to you and your doctor only.
