/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Heidi A. Voelk, Senior Program Manager of Radiation Safety for GE Global Research, has been recognized by

A Certified Health Physicist, Ms. Voelk has 25 years of professional experience and is considered an authority on applied health sciences and radiation safety. At her current post, she is responsible for overseeing ionizing and non-ionizing materials for biological work and X-ray equipment. Her interest in health services prompted her to become involved in her profession. She considers her determination to be the key to her success.
Ms. Voelk received her Master's Degree in Health Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996 and her Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1977. She is a member of the American Board of Health Physicists and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine. She participates regularly in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk and volunteers with local food pantries.
