An expert in project management, process governance, and product development, she earned her MBA in Information Management from Fordham University in 1988. Prior to joining her present company, Ms. McLaughlin managed leading edge products and services for consumer markets at AT&T, a stint that she considers the highlight of her career to date.

The recipient of numerous awards for her business achievements, Ms. McLaughlin attributes her success to her perseverance. Her goal for the future is to rise to the position of vice president.
