High Honors For Lewis & Partners In The Nationals Awards

Chosen from more than 1,100 entries, Lewis & Partners' Silver and Gold Awards showcased Central Texas communities by Brookfield Residential Texas. All winners were celebrated January 11 at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders Show (IBS) in Orlando.

As agency of record for Brookfield Residential Texas, Lewis & Partners brought creative marketing and branding to successful new-home communities in Austin and San Marcos, Texas, for two distinct market segments: Millennials and 55+ active adults. The campaigns demonstrated a solid grasp of targeted demographics and unique markets, according to Judge Amy Albert, Senior Editor of Professional Builder.

Easton Park in Austin is a master-planned community with new homes and amenities tailored to Millennial buyers. Winning a Gold Award for Signage, Easton Park also took Silver Awards for Best Community Brochure and Best Special Promotion. "Easton Park targets its Millennial buyers with clever, striking, site-sensitive branding elements," said Albert.

Kissing Tree in San Marcos features marketing geared to the digital age, and is a hit with 55+ empty nesters from throughout the country. For Brookfield Residential Texas, its creative branding won Silver honors for Best Email Marketing Campaign, Best Digital Marketing Campaign, Best Print Campaign and Best Overall Advertising Campaign.
