    KENT, OH, January 2, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Dr. Hirohiko Ito, Radiologist at Ohio Imaging Associates, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of medicine.

With 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Ito specializes in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Diagnostic Radiology and Body Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology and is responsible for overseeing diagnostic imaging and body Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology. Prior to joining Ohio Imaging Associates, he practiced Neuroradiology at Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge, Stockholm, Sweden and Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Critical Care in many hospitals throughout Japan. His desire to help others inspired him to become involved in his profession and he attributes his success to his hard work and his love for his patients.

Dr. Ito completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Medical Center of Delaware and at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Additionally, he completed fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA and in Neuroradiology at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He earned his medical degree from Wakayama Medical College in Japan. Dr. Ito is a member of the Japan Radiological Society, Scandinavia Japan Radiologic Society, American Society of Neuroradiology and the Radiological Society of North America.

Ohio Imaging Associates, Inc. offers full radiological services and is affiliated with St. Elizabeth's Health Center both in Boardman & Youngstown, Ohio and Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
