/24-7PressRelease.com/ - PORTLAND, OR, April 1, 2005 - Hollander Consultants Senior Service Consultant Richard Safft has just been promoted to Director of Service Consultants, thus sustaining a very distinguished career with Hollander Consultants. His new position will include being responsible for all Hollander clients continuing with the exact services necessary to best help them achieve their business goals.

Prior to joining Hollander 17 years ago, Safft, a native New Yorker, was a theatrical agent on Broadway working for Tom Corman and Associates, alongside noted super-agent Sue Mengers. Later, after a two-year stint in the U.S. Army, Safft created his own successful business contracting services for the drive-in theater industry, achieving several hundred thousand dollars a year in revenue. Deciding that he wanted to use his business skills helping others, Safft was recruited by Hollander Consultants during the company's formative years.

Safft is now a 17-year veteran employee of Hollander Consultants with a very diverse career within the company. In 1988, he was hired to be a field analyst and was instrumental in creating a stronger client base for the then 5-year old company. Within 2 years, he had moved on to in-house consultant for Hollander clients.

After 10 years as a consultant, Safft was promoted to Senior Consultant with duties that included quality control for client services and oversight in all aspects of general consulting.

With three years as Senior Consultant under his belt, Safft moved laterally to the position of Senior Service Consultant using his years of experience in delivering to clients to enhance this position. With his success at this position, he is now being promoted to the position of Director of this important department.

Hollander Consultants is one of the leading national consulting firms in the United States and Canada for the combined dentistry, optometry and veterinary professions, and uses the administrative systems developed by business management pioneer, L. Ron Hubbard.

Hollander Consultants was recently named one of the top 50 companies to work for in Oregon by Oregon Business magazine, the leading publication for Oregon businesses.
