DURHAM, NC, September 29, 2008, Dr. Holly Latty-Mann, President and Co-Founder of The Leadership Trust , has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of leadership development.
As president and co-founder of The Leadership Trust , Dr. Latty-Mann oversees operations, leadership workshop facilitation, leadership impact studies and corporate culture studies for diverse businesses and industries. Her other responsibilities include overseeing on-site organizational development programs, customized onsite team-building programs, and executive/life skills coaching. She became involved in her profession because of her educational background, personal work, and leadership skills. Prior to founding The Leadership Trust , she worked at the Babcock Graduate School of Management of Wake Forest University as an executive professor of leadership development. She also created alliances with other universities, most notably the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University. She attributes her success to her integrity and innovation.
Dr. Latty-Mann received her Post-Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University and completed her internship at Duke University School of Medicine. She earned her doctoral degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Council on Family Relations and the International Association for Relationship Research. She offers pro bono services and workshops to local charitable organizations and strongly supports multiple animal welfare organizations throughout the United States.
