Holly MacCue is passionate about enabling emerging talent after recognizing the growing trend in young professionals who have excellent technical and academic backgrounds, but have never learned the ability to 'lead from within', or developed the self-awareness to maintain high levels of performance without burn-out. Her background is in brand management and capability building, which she has done for global firms Akzo Nobel and Procter & Gamble. This personal experience has led to a long-term interest in the impact of what she calls the "Inner Winner" and "Inner Critic" on preparation, performance and results, as well as overall quality and enjoyment in every area of life. She leverages the power of the subconscious mind in her training and coaching programs to help others understand, develop and embrace their "Inner Winner" strategies for success. Holly sees herself as a lifelong learner and has been studying personal development for nearly a decade with the best thought leaders in their fields. She is also a firm advocate of the trend towards a more holistic academic education that incorporates personal leadership practice into the curriculum, and ensures our future leaders are equipped with these skills from an early age. This passion has led to her work with senior school students; delivering personal leadership workshops most recently to top Australian boarding school Pymble Ladies College in Sydney.
Holly received a dual-language master's degree in European business from French business school ESCP-EAP in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Nottingham in 2006. In addition to her degrees, she received a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma from Europe's largest Coaching Academy, which was awarded to her with distinction. She is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner accredited through the ITA Academy with John Grinder, an accredited trainer of DISC Profiling, Workplace Motivators and Emotional Intelligence, and the only licensed Practitioner in New South Wales of the world leading success system: Brian Mayne's Goal Mapping.
