Not only can it be run from a USB key but it can be used on other PCs without leaving any trace of activity (no installation is necessary and the file size is small, at 900kb). Strong encryption keeps the inventory data completely safe and secure at all times.

Perhaps uniquely for this type of software, a business licence is also available which is aimed at insurance companies, brokers and aggregators. Under this arrangement, a company can customise and purchase EasyInventory for a one off payment, then distribute a branded version of the software completely free to the visitors to its site.
