Hon. Charles B. Stratford

From healthcare to law, engineering to finance, manufacturing to education, every major industry is represented by its 300,000 active members.
Los Angeles, CA, July 1, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Charles Stratford, retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for dedication, excellence, and leadership in all aspects of law. He attributes his success to his hard work, opportunities that came his way and to the support he received from his mother.

Mr. Stratford has an impressive background in his industry. He has spent more than 30 years in the field of criminal justice, 22 years working in probation, and 15 years as a judge. He deals primarily in juvenile law, misdemeanors, and has supervised adult and juvenile case loads.

One of his most memorable cases involved helping a young gang member straighten out his life and go on to attend college. He practiced law following the mantra, "If you believe, you can achieve." His goal is to change young lives by changing their behavior, one at a time. Mr. Stratford believes that the first step to helping a child is to inspire in them the desire to make changes.

Mr. Stratford earned his JD from Thomas Jefferson University, his Master of Arts from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Dayton. Additionally, he volunteers his time to the Miracle Flights for Kids, Feed the Hungry, and Doctors Without Borders.
