Being passionate about flowers, Ms. Justice boasts a total of 15 years of experience, which includes being a store manager at a retail store and a licensed insurance agent. As a florist and manager, she oversees administration and manages contracts.

Ms. Justice started out as a green girl before attaining her current position. She keeps herself abreast of the latest technologies by continuing education courses and workshops conducted at various design schools. She works hard toward overcoming acquisition issues faced in the retail market.

Ms. Justice is now pursing Hotel and Restaurant Management studies at Tennessee Technological University. She is affiliated with Blount County Chamber of Commerce as well as Tennessee State Florist Association.
