He was recently profiled in Hispanic Executive Magazine as part of the inaugural cohort of HIPGivers, an honor given to individuals who have invested significantly in making a difference for Latino communities. Throughout his career, Mr. Agosto has dedicated himself to empowering emerging Hispanic leaders. The editors of Hispanic Executive Magazine noted Mr. Agosto's efforts in establishing the Mexican American Bar Association of Texas Foundation, which has raised more than $100,000 in scholarships for Hispanic law students within the state.

As a former national President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Mr. Agosto brought many important issues impacting Latino communities to the forefront of national policy debates. He also co-founded the Hispanic National Bar Association's Legal Education Fund, which gives 100 percent of its funds to provide minority scholarships.
