The IHS Global Insight 2009 fourth quarter report released this week showed that despite the decline in ten major metropolitan areas, the housing market in Houston continues to be immune. The report is based on the fifty-two housing market areas IHS Global Insight monitored, according to the Houston Business Journals' interview with regional executives on March 15, 2010.
