CARLSBAD, CA, February 24, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- HSBCARES, Inc. is a newly formed non-profit* dedicated to providing scholarship money for underprivileged youth to attend summer basketball camps, supporting and establishing programs that work with children with mental and physical disabilities, and providing funds for public schools and other non-profit entities with vital training equipment (balls, baskets, shooting aids, videos, etc.) that they would otherwise not be able to afford.

HSBCARES is the non-profit partner of HSBCAMPS, one of the fastest growing youth basketball programs in the country. Since its inception in 2007, HSBCAMPS has prided itself on being a youth basketball program that gives back. With more than $25,000 raised to date, it stands firm in the commitment to provide every child, regardless of age or income, with an opportunity to attend camp.

"Basketball is not just a game or after-school activity; it is a vessel for building confidence, character, and an appreciation for hard work and teamwork, both on and off the court," said Carson Sofro, founder/director of HSBCAMPS and HSBCARES. "Through the HSBCAMPS partnership with HSBCARES, we're helping to ensure every child has the opportunity to attend camp."

In order to continue its efforts of enriching the lives of youth through basketball, the HSBCARES organization is seeking sponsors.

Tangible benefits of a HSBCARES sponsorship include:
• SCHOLARSHIPS awarded in your company's name
• LOGO DISPLAY on the HSBCAMPS Website, in our videos, and on-site at the camps
• PUBLIC RELATIONS exposure through press releases and social networks
• GIVEAWAY opportunities

For companies interested in learning more about how to get involved with the HSBCAMPS and HSBCARES mission, email info@hsbcamps.com.
