The program will initially be implemented in three of Hub One's redistribution centers. Each of Hub One's distributor center customers orders an average of one truck per day from their regional Hub One redistribution center, containing pallet and case quantities of numerous SKUs. Frequent replenishment keeps inventory levels low at the DCs and service levels to their customers high. TZA's Productivity Improvement solution is designed to further enhance performance in key distribution areas and streamline operations, enabling Hub One to pass on increased efficiencies and savings to its customers.
