Hype Group has been tasked to provide branding and creative design, marketing strategy and consultation, public relations, social media, interactive design and development, and market research for the new restaurant.
Florida native and entrepreneur Ron Stewart has teamed up with Tampa native Chef Gary Moran to create a unique atmosphere in South Tampa. "I think the most exciting aspect of Knife & Co. is the strength of the management team we have assembled., " says Ron Stewart, General Manager of Knife & Co. "By teaming Chef Gary's culinary experience with very strong front-of-house and business management skills we will provide Tampa with a truly great restaurant and catering business."
Knife & Co., located at 912 W. Kennedy Blvd. is central to Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Harbour and Davis Islands; is set for a September opening. The tagline, "Rustic, Artisanal Experience", completely describes the setting. The restaurant decor is complete with an 1890's pulpit used as a hostess stand, reclaimed black walnut tables and wine cellar, ebony black seating, concrete bar, and the unique Communal table that is sure to become one of the most requested reservation seats in South Tampa.
