He believes the third reason people are attracted to the video is that it presents hypnosis as a serious skill, rather than as something mystical or out of the ordinary.
According to Nongard, self-hypnosis is easy to learn, and his website offers many hypnosis sessions for instant download on specific issues, such as smoking cessation or anxiety management. Nongard says a lot of people contact him because they want to
