With almost 30 years of experience in franchising, Sells brings a strong entrepreneurial background to IFX. Prior to joining IFX, Sells was the Vice President of Franchise Development at Tasti D-Lite, where she was responsible for overseeing and spearheading the development of the United States network for the past four years.
Sells will be an integral part of IFX as Vice President of Client Services. Sells will work with current and new clients as well as manage IFX's new FranBrag program, a social marketing tool that allows organizations to expand their social media reach. Sells gained most of her experience having worked with Express Personnel Services holding several positions including franchise owner, Regional Developer and Vice President of Franchising.

Sells will begin her new position at IFX on January 30, 2012. Sells was a founding member of IFA's Franchisee Advisory Council and served as chairperson in 1997. She served on the IFA Board of Directors for seven years and as chair of the Marketing/PR Committee for six years. Sells currently sits on the ICFE Board of Governors. Additionally, she received the IFA's prestigious Bonny LeVine Award in 2005 and is only one of 17 women to have honored with this distinction.
