NEW YORK, NY, February 11, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/
-- With the New Hampshire primaries officially over and Bernie Sanders winning against Hillary Clinton in what can only be described as a landslide, where the Vermont Senator took in almost 59% of the vote, Independent Presidential Candidate and businessman Ken Fields
offers his heart felt congratulations to Sanders.
"I have been a big fan of Sanders for quite some time and even more so recently as I've watched and read about the various goings on along the New Hampshire campaign trail. While the GOP candidates have continued to parade their clown mobile across the State and Trump in particular, his brand of hateful and angry rhetoric, Sanders has proven himself to be a tough fighter, and a true gentleman." Fields highlighted a particular incident where Sanders told some of his more vocal and aggressive supporters
, the BernieBro's that he didn't want their "crap" and that they should "be respectful when people disagree with you."
"My mother, who was also a graduate of James Madison High in Brooklyn, taught me to respect other peoples opinions and give them fair say even if we didn't agree with them. I may not necessarily agree with Senator Sanders politics but I agree with his message."
Fields registered as an independent candidate by filing his FEC Form 2 on November 30th 2015 to coincide with the opening of the Paris Climate talks. The purpose of his campaign is to draw attention to and advocate for the US to convert to 100 percent renewable energy in 20 years.
Ken Fields is a businessman, entrepreneur and environmental advocate. He is an independent presidential candidate for 2016.
