Industry Experts Magazine Selects Monte Wright as a Distinguished Professional in His Field

    KITCHENER, ON, May 05, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Monte Wright, International Artist and Retired Art Teacher, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in his field through Industry Experts Magazine. Monte Wright will be featured in Industry Experts Magazine in 2016.

Retired Art Teacher Monte Wright is an international artist whose work has been on display all throughout the world. His work has been shown in New York, New York New Haven, Connecticut, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Florence, Italy, London, England, and in cities in Argentina since 2010, and his many collections can be found throughout Canada and the US, including at The Brandon Sun Collection, Manitoba; The Fogarty House, Chester, Vermont; Kitchener Farmers Market, Kitchener, Ontario; Creelman Hall, University of Guelph, Ontario; Fellowship of Christian Police Officers, Toronto, Ontario; and Tony Flanagan House, Bosham, United Kingdom. His work has been featured in many private and public galleries, both nationally and internationally, dating back as far as 1962.

Wright's paintings are known for dramatic uses of color, movement, and shapes. Specializing in everything from monumental murals to contemporary and abstract art, including pieces that include a lot of synergy, integration, hidden forms, world in motion, expressionism, and masks, and he also does custom art on wood, and works with computer-generated images. In the year 200, he got more heavily involved in digital landscapes.

"The success of my art exhibits have been extremely instrumental in my inspiration and passion to continue creating new art," Wright said, "most of which have taken place in other countries."

Wright fully retired from teaching in 1992. He has since pursued his passion of art full-time and has since created his own website where his art can be purchased.

Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada, Wright resides in Kitchener where his home studio is located. Having received recognition in a New York publication 'Art in Focus' for his work, he is currently being considered for a Mentor Award in the city of Kitchener.
