    SAN ANTONIO, TX, May 07, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Project leadership, communication and green /sustainable delivery are the hot topics slated for the next Leadership in Capital Projects (LinCP) Forum, scheduled June 18 - 19, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. Building on the highly successful Austin, Texas forum held last February, attendees will gain business project solutions through innovative and sustainable collaborative processes.

Leaders from higher education, health care, and other institutional and governmental Owners/Users; Contractors/Suppliers; and A/E's/Consultants, will synergistically create viable tools and techniques to improve future capital projects. Through the LinCP forum, business leaders form collaborative solutions with new alliances and stronger trust built through better understanding of each other�EUR s interests, issues and concerns.

According to Larry Lord of Houston, �EUR�Although much has changed in the last decade in the design and building industry, it was good to confirm the one constant �EUR" working together is critical to success.�EUR�

San Antonio�EUR s dynamic event spotlights, Key Note Speaker: Peter Graves, Vice Chancellor for Contract Administration, Texas State University System who will provide an update on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Texas Legislature and impacts on Texas construction. Presenter: Jason Choyce, Project Executive, DPR Construction, will present on the challenges and successes of "green" higher education project delivery.

Each discussion panel consists of three people: an Owner, an Architect/Engineer/Consultant, and a Contractor, thus providing various project constituent perspectives. Carol Warkoczewski is an architect, with a MS in Organizational Leadership and Ethics. She has over 25 years of professional experience - she was chief of operations at FIATECH, a project manager and assistant director at U. T. System-OFPC, and in private practice. Through her company, Synergy Builders, Carol facilitates Partnering workshops, Owner Project Requirements workshops, and organizational strategic planning. She also provides training in effective communications and dealing with conflict.
