The company's recently developed Web site, InGenesis.org, received an Award of Merit in the Internet/ Intranet category at an awards ceremony held September 29 in Denver, Colorado. IABC recognized it as a model of excellence in employee communications, and extolled its various professional elements (e.g., content, graphics, functionality, alignment with business goals).

Silver Quill Awards are presented annually by IABC within a large geographic region to recognize excellence in communication. As in previous years, the dozens of judges who reviewed entries for the 2008 IABC/Southern Region Silver Quill competition were all seasoned business communicators from IABC chapters in multiple states.
The IABC/Southern Region is comprised of 27 IABC chapters with members in 15 countries and territories, including the Caribbean and Trinidad and Tobago chapters.
