Jim brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience as well as 10 years of success in the promotional product industry. He was the co-founder and Senior Vice President of Award Excellence Marketing in Hollywood, Florida, taking the company from obscurity in 1999 to a Distributors Digest Top 60 Promotional Product Company by year's end 2007. Award Excellence remains one of largest distributors in South Florida, largely due to Jim's guidance.

In his new role, Jim will be developing expanded relationships with existing InkHead clients, as well as assist in the development of various programs such as apparel, years of service, incentive programs, workplace safety, increasing attendance, special events and corporate initiatives.
