Jim Franklyn takes the position of Director of Sales, a move that is sure to keep Team InkHead at the top of the promotional products industry. Jim brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience as well as 10 years of success in the promotional product industry. He was the co-founder and Senior Vice President of Award Excellence Marketing in Hollywood, Florida, taking the company from obscurity in 1999 to a Distributors Digest Top 60 Promotional Product Company by year's end 2007. Award Excellence remains one of largest distributors in South Florida, largely due to Jim's guidance.
In his new role, Jim will be developing expanded relationships with existing InkHead clients, as well as assist in the development of various programs such as apparel, years of service, incentive programs, workplace safety, increasing attendance, special events and corporate initiatives.
InkHead has shown phenomenal growth since its inception in 2003, adding 4,000 products to their inventory in the last year alone for a grand total of over 12,000. And InkHead was recently declared the second fastest growing distributor in the advertising specialties industry by the Advertising Specialty Institute with an amazing 522% growth rate between 2003 and 2006.
