NEW YORK, NY, November 01, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A recently patented publishing model can enable anyone to read digital reading materials up to 100% faster or more. This model formats text in such a way as to allow for reading in a zigzag pattern. Allowing the eye to read down a page in both directions speeds the reading process for some by as much as double. And, there is no loss in reading comprehension. The text is formatted so that the lines being read backward (right to left) make just as much sense as those read forward (left to right).

The legal name of this innovation is The Easy Reader Publishing Model and it was conceived and developed specifically for use in the digital age. With the proliferation of eBooks across the internet and on handheld reading devices, a growing number of people do the majority of their reading sitting at a desk in front of a computer. Reading in this way presents its own set of unique challenges and this publishing model takes aim at making the process a faster, more enjoyable experience.

To overcome the challenges of onscreen reading, many people print out an entire book; sometimes hundreds of pages. This model not only will save actual reading time but will save substantially in the time and money it takes to print a complete eBook.

Under this model, the entire onus for increased reading speed is placed on the way in which reading material is published, not on the individual. Because Easy Reader is not just another speed reading course, the scholastic aptitude or economic circumstances of the reader becomes irrelevant. An individual need only slightly tweak the way in which he or she has been taught to read all their lives to immediately and rapidly increase reading speed. The Easy Reader model is understood in seconds and is useful in less than a minute.

Here is what people are saying about The Easy Reader publishing Model-
"This is so simple yet brilliant. I'm surprised nobody has ever thought of this before" - Becky P., NY

"It took me the first few paragraphs to get used to it but once I did I found myself actually reading more quickly" - Paul F., TX

"I saw an increase in my reading speed and I understood everything I was reading." Mary W., OH
