In another effort to support both the industry's skincare professionals and the public that they serve, Lyn Ross created a one of a kind educational platform to offer advanced learning in the field of Aesthetics. Says Ross, "Recognizing the need for clinical skin care education supported by Cosmeceutical product formulations led me to created Institut' DERMed, which has grown to include the Institut' DERMed College of Advances Aesthetics (an internationally respected advanced aesthetic education program)..." The College offers continuing education credits to professionals who complete certificate programs lasting from one to five days and has garnered attention from practitioners in countries as far removed as New Zealand who seek knowledge on treatment based skincare techniques. By integrating the programs into web based formats, the curriculum can now be shared with an even broader scope of professionals the world over.
