/24-7PressRelease/ -- Under the grandfathering program from ISACA, three of Integrated Solutions Management's most senior consultants now hold the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC, pronounced "see-risk") designation -- Bill Banks, President; Jerry Riddle, Solution Architect; and Pat Gallagher, Senior Management Consultant. The Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control certification is designed for IT professionals who have hands-on experience with risk identification, assessment, and evaluation; risk response; risk monitoring; IS control design and implementation; and IS control monitoring and maintenance. These professionals help enterprises accomplish business objectives such as effective and efficient operations, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
A grandfathering program, through which experienced professionals can earn the certification without passing an exam, opened in April of 2010. The first CRISC exam will be administered in 2011.

The CGEIT certification is intended to recognize those professionals that have demonstrated extensive knowledge and application of IT governance principles and practices. It is designed for professionals who have management, advisory, and/or assurance responsibilities relating to the governance of IT.
Jerry Riddle provides technical and management consulting services to both the commercial and Federal government sectors. Jerry contributes extensive implementation experience and credentials to the ISM team, including VMware Certified Professional (VCP), (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), (ISC)2 Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP), ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), SNIA Certified Storage Professional (SCSP), SNIA Certified Storage Engineer (SCSE), and SNIA Certified Storage Architect (SCSA), among others.
Pat Gallagher has over 35 years experience in the Information Technology arena, including application development, quality assurance, business analysis, information management, data center operations, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. His industry background includes heavy equipment manufacturing, biomedical engineering, health care delivery, mail order and institutional pharmacy, and hospital services. In addition to extensive experience implementing and monitoring HIPAA compliance, he is certified in ITIL Version 3 Foundation, CobiT Version 4.1 Foundation, Information Privacy (CIPP), as well as VMWare Sales (VSP) and VMWare Technical Sales (VTSP).
