Interactive Intelligence designed the new blog as an educational resource for both general industry technical topics, and for helping customers and partners get the most out of its products through best practices and how-to articles. Bloggers for "The Tech Lounge" come from the company's development, education, support, and technical sales teams. These initial bloggers have more than 60 years of combined experience in the software technology industry.
