El-Amin has always been known throughout the industry as the one of the men responsible for the success of Boyz II Men. In1995, El Amin executive produced and spearheaded negotiations between multi-talented songstress Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men to produce the GRAMMY nominated song, "One Sweet Day." The creation of this single resulted in one of the best music collaborations the music industry has ever seen. This single exceeded all records for a single, "One Sweet Day" remained at number one for 16 consecutive weeks on Billboards Hot 100. Rolling Stone magazine, called Boyz II Men, "One of the best collaborations of all time." Boyz II Men also hold's the number 1 spot on Billboards Pop charts longer than any artist in the music industry for 50 cumulative weeks.
Through Qadree's hard work, crafty negotiations, and unwavering support Boyz II Men had the highest grossed tour of 40 millions as recorded by Forbes Magazine in 1994. Qadree El-Amin negotiated several multi-million dollar deals on their behalf. Thus on January 5, 2012, it was long awaited moments for El-Amin to see his efforts along with others come to fruition as he witnessed Boyz II Men receiving their star on famous Hollywood's Walk of Fame.
