Mansfield will specialize in teaching peace and love at the International Metaphysical University. Mansfield is the co-founder of the inclusive and transpartisan Arizona Department of Peace Campaign. She is a recognized diplomat, carefully laying international, national, and local legislative foundations for peace. Mansfield explains that the proposed cabinet level U.S. Department of Peace, currently HR808 legislation, will research, articulate, and facilitate nonviolent solutions to domestic and international conflicts, creating a caring and sustainable culture of peace, which is so vital in these challenging economic times.
For the past several years Mansfield has consulted with political leaders from Baghdad to the U.S. Congress, presidents of universities and major corporations, rock musicians and educators. She specializes in conflict resolution, leadership skills, community building, connections and hugs.
As the original executive director of the Arizona Department of Peace Campaign, as well as a former hospice volunteer coordinator and witness to the March 13, 1997 Phoenix Lights event, Mansfield expanded her community focus on the power of compassion to the universal focus of the power of peace.
The co-founder of ETVOTENOW.org, Mansfield supports transparency in disclosure and development of diplomatic and peaceful relations between planetary governments and extraterrestrial civilizations.
Dedicated to empowering the planet's citizenry to create an extraterrestrial reality through Exoconsciousness, Mansfield is affiliated with Quantrek -- a non-profit founded by Apollo 14 astronaut and founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), Dr. Edgar Mitchell -- combining science and spirituality in quantum physics and cosmology for public education, scientific research and development of practical applications of new forms of energy. Mansfield and Rebecca Hardcastle are co-directors of Peace Exoconsciousness for Quantrek.
Mansfield is also a partner with founder Dr. Suzanne Mendelssohn in Fundraising in the Public Interest, which advocates for radical social change on the planet.
Mansfield shares her diplomatic expertise as a World Peace Prayer Society and peace pole representative, Reiki master teacher and Madonna Minister. In addition, Mansfield is a member of advisory boards for Arizona State University's Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics, The Fusion Foundation and Exopolitics Institute. She served as a Phoenix Human Relations Commissioner from 2005-2008; she co-founded Voices for Civil Dialogue; and she received the Paradise Valley, Ariz. Martin Luther King Diversity Champion Award this year
Mansfield and her husband, a retired Air Force colonel, live in Paradise Valley, Ariz. They have a son, a daughter and a son in-law.
Mansfield received her bachelor of science in medical technology from the University of Albuquerque, NM.
