At the Yangshou cooking school, chefs will learn to cook regional Chinese cuisine in a traditional courtyard house set among the amazing scenery of Guanxi Province. They will have two mornings of hands-on cooking instruction, and time to learn the different cooking techniques and all-important tips on serving up delicious meals at home. They will then visit the colorful local market to select ingredients and learn the information and secrets that have been handed down for generations from the locals. The Magnolia Hotel, the traveler's home for four nights, is located a short walk from the beautiful Li River and the busy West Street bars and restaurants.

Yangshuo Cooking School
Travelers will learn the secrets of Chinese cooking, cycle among rice paddies, and wander through limestone mountains before they sample local specialties. $300 for 5 days.
