For one low setup price with no recurring fees, 4 Walls creates a community video, posts it to YouTube.com, properly tags the post and sends the property manager the link. Property managers simply add the link to their websites or emails to prospects. The one-time set-up fee is $75 for 4 Walls customers or $150 for any community. 4 Walls will also link to customer videos from their listings for $10 a month.
