/24-7PressRelease/ -- Investment Analytics Group (IAG) signed a partnership agreement with Denver-based Baceline Investments, LLC to acquire commercial property in Idaho, specifically in the Treasure Valley.
Baceline Investments is a real estate company which sponsors and manages member-owned, private equity financed partnerships that make direct investments in high-quality commercial real estate. Baceline targets properties in the Rocky Mountain region, and is currently focused on office and retail properties in the Boise area.
IAG's position in the local market makes the partnership an ideal match. The
Investment Analytics Group team will focus on acquiring properties at favorable prices.
"There is a great number of commercial properties available in the local market which may prove to be just the choice for Baseline and for inclusion in the real estate fund offerings they have available for real estate investors," said Eric Mott, IAG founder and managing principal. Doug Arnold, Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Baceline, sees Boise and the greater Treasure Valley area as an ideal target market to expand their acquisitions focus beyond other major metropolitan areas in the Rocky Mountain region.
"Our expectation is that there are great buying opportunities in our target areas especially in 2009-2010," Arnold said. "We have established a new program focused on acquisition of distressed commercial real estate to take advantage of investment opportunities that have been hit by the financial crisis. If we're prudent, do our analysis and due diligence properly, we see this as a chance for our investors to buy properties with tremendous upside potential," he explained.
