/24-7PressRelease/ -- The Institute of Real Estate Management Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 (IREM) is accepting registrations and sponsorships for their 8th Annual President's Cup Challenge - a golf outing that salutes the Chapter's Past Presidents. This year's event will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at Crooked Creek Golf Course in Fuquay-Varina. Registration begins at 8:00am with a 9:00am shot gun start. Lunch and an awards presentation are scheduled afterwards, beginning at 2:00pm. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to benefit the Urban Ministries of Wake County, a non-profit organization that provides essential basic services to Wake County families and individuals.
"Our 2008 tournament follows several successful tournaments that have exceeded all of our expectations," says current Chapter president, Cliff Hamner, CPM. "We have several sponsors on board and are on track to meet our goals for this year. All of the hard work put into this event by Jason Stowe and his Golf Committee will allow our Chapter to provide that much more monetary support to the Urban Ministries of Wake County."
