Remember how it felt to play "Cowboys and Indians" as a child?

/24-7PressRelease/ - HOUSTON, TX, July 16, 2006 - "A horse and a cowboy hat can take your business to the next level. Put on a cowboy hat and go horseback riding," suggests Robbie Ware, a personal coach and business consultant. "Stress, when unchecked, causes many problems. Any of which will have negative effects on you and your business."

Recent research is causing many companies to re-evaluate their approach to daily tasks. They are seeking answers to these important questions. Why, no matter how we work, do we never make it to the next level? Why does true success stay an arm length away? Why can't we secure that elusive "bread and butter" account? If these questions haunt you, you are not alone. More than 60% of all CEO's lose sleep over some variation of one or more of these questions.

This describes the vast majority of small businesses; however, many large corporations are faced with these same daily struggles. It is often the same issues that repeatedly kill productivity, steal profits and many times cripple an entire corporation.

Robbie uses this analogy, "Remember the old westerns; the calvary always seemed to show up at just in the nick of time." He encourages, "Don't wait for the calvary's scout to happen upon you. There are some simple strategies you can implement in your business to ensure the calvary shows up when you need them most."

First, understand or define your purpose. Remember what the character Curly, from the movie "City Slickers," said, "Find that one thing. Nothing else matters." You must be driven by a purpose and focused on that purpose to ensure success.

Second, using the passion ignited by your "new found" purpose, identify the key milestones required to fulfill your purpose. These must be specific, tangible or quantifiable targets. Develop and practical, step by step plan to make it to the first milestone. Then begin on the second and so on.

Third, determine, in your heart and soul, that you will follow the plan - no matter what. You must stand your ground, even if it shifting. Also, when you have finished standing; stand some more. Adversity will come, when the dust settles - you must still be standing your ground. True success is usually just one step past defeat.

Fourth, you must count the cost. Nothing is free. Decide how much your purpose is worth to you. Determine what you are willing to give, to fulfill that purpose.

Finally, believe in yourself. You are the most marvelous creation. Creative power flows within you. Rise each day with hope and faith that you will see success. Pursue your daily tasks with a burning desire, for each task rings you one step closer to your passion - your purpose fulfilled.

"This is for free," jokes Robbie, "Remember to act with integrity and serve your customers well. The only real legacy you have is your reputation." To add, be honest and pay attention to detail, someone is always watching.

By following the above mentioned steps, you can begin to replace any bad habits with good habits. We often develop habits that keep us from reaching our goals. Therefore, innocently, we may actually be pushing our "big break" just out of reach.

So really, how can a horse and a cowboy hat increase your business? Simple, that or any other stress reducing activity creates the all important recovery time required for every person - mind, body and spirit. After this recovery time, your creativity peaks. The creative flow can provide that edge needed to "discover" the solutions to the challenges before you. "Of course," reminds Robbie, "You can always call the cowboys at OmegaStar, we'll gladly be your calvary."
