ALPHARETTA, GA, November 07, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- iVideosongs (www.ivideosongs.com) introduces five new songs by heavy metal rockers Judas Priest and Queens of the Stone Age. The new songs are Living After Midnight, Heading Out to the Highway and You've Got Another Thing Comin', by Judas Priest, as well as 3's & 7's and Little Sister by Queens of the Stone Age. Each of the songs is instructed by a member of iVideosongs expert staff.

Judas Priest helped define the heavy metal genre with albums including British Steel, Point of Entry and Screaming for Vengeance. Now iVideosongs shows how to play some of the best heavy metal songs ever recorded with selections from each of these albums.

Living After Midnight was recorded by Judas Priest on 1980's British Steel. iVideosongs shows how to play both of the guitar parts, including the power chord-based rhythms and guitar solo.

Heading Out to the Highway was recorded by Judas Priest on the 1981 album, Point of Entry. iVideosongs shows how to play the complete guitar part for the chord-based rock hit, including the power chord and octave fingerings. Also shown in detail are the three guitar parts for the song's harmony lead solo; learning how to play harmony leads is especially helpful for beginning and intermediate-level guitarists in developing controlled bending techniques.

You've Got Another Thing Comin' was recorded by Judas Priest on the 1982 album Screaming for Vengeance. iVideosongs shows how to play both guitar parts for the heavy metal classic, which feature creative phrasing, bending, palm muted rhythm sections and a challenging mix of fast licks.

Little Sister was recorded by Queens of the Stone Age on the 2005 album, Lullabies to Paralyze. iVideosongs shows how to play both guitar parts for the modern power chord-based song, including the rhythm part and unique guitar solo.

3's and 7's was recorded by Queens of the Stone Age on the 2007 album Era Vulgaris. iVideosongs shows how to play both guitar parts for the stylistically distinct modern hit, including the power chord and octave-based rhythm parts, the lead guitar parts and lead solos.

Each of the songs is complete and accurate, and each includes embedded tablature and chord grids.

iVideosongs shows aspiring musicians everywhere how to play their favorite songs completely and accurately, with the instruction provided by the original artists who wrote and performed them, and also from expert instructors.

iVideosongs has licensed full rights to its songs from BMG Music Publishing, EMI Music Publishing, Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Universal Music Publishing Group, Warner/Chappell Music and also many secondary and tertiary publishers. This allows the company to provide complete and accurate instructional titles, presented exactly as they were originally written and performed. The iVideosongs titles are primarily for electric and acoustic guitarists, but titles for bass, keyboards and drums are also included in the catalog.

iVideosongs offers three kinds of music instruction content. Tutorials designed to improve basic to advanced skills are available free of charge. Complete and accurate songs, instructed by professional music teachers cost $4.99. Complete and accurate songs, taught by the original artists who wrote, performed and/or produced them, cost $9.99.

iVideosongs customers can choose a skill level and genre, and then download the high- def titles to their personal computer, iPod or other device. Each song title is presented in chapter format, so aspiring musicians learn the introduction, verse, chorus, bridge, outro and other elements in bite-size pieces and at their own pace. Each title also includes a master performance so customers can compare their progress against the song, and tablature notation to aid in learning. Titles featuring artists also include an interview segment, where they reveal the inspiration and influences that went into the creation of the song.

iVideosongs launched the beta of its service this past January 29, 2008.
