Mr. Jednoralski has more than 37 years of professional experience in civil engineering and his expertise lies in water resources assessment and management. He is responsible for evaluating and overseeing drainage designs, managing livestock facilities and landfill development projects, flood plain modification, and constructing water and sewer lines. Prior to joining Kirkham Michael, Inc., he worked as a senior project engineer at Gannett, Fleming, Corddry & Carpenter, Inc., a project engineer for Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He considers his ability to face challenges in an ever-changing field and develop good relationships with his clients to be the most rewarding aspects of his career.

Mr. Jednoralski received his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1970 and is affiliated with the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. He received the Outstanding Young Engineer Award from the Smoky Valley Chapter of the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers in 1979 and the Army Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star Medal from the U.S. Army in 1971.
