With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. McClean's expertise lies in process safety management, confined space entry procedures, first response, hurricane preparedness and the National Incident Management System. He is responsible for training employees, auditing, overseeing compensation investigations, generating reports and assuring compliance with Federal, State and Local agencies regarding occupational safety and health. He previously worked as a public works supervisor for six years, a heavy equipment operator for eight years and a facilities maintenance technician at Turkey Point, Florida Power & Light's Nuclear Power Plant for five years. Mr. McClean has published a safety reference guide in conjunction with a water and sewer safety manual and considers it to be his greatest professional accomplishment. He attributes his success to his commitment and the support he receives from his mentors.

Mr. McClean is a certified first responder, an OSHA authorized outreach instructor for construction and general industry, a member of the American Water Works Association, the Water Environment Federation, and the National Fire Protection Association and is affiliated with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program.
