Hamilton, NJ, July 11, 2008, James Carr, Traffic Engineer at Maser Consulting, has been recognized by

As a traffic engineer at Maser Consulting, Mr. Carr specializes in designing and planning traffic and transportation routes. He is responsible for preparing traffic impact and safety studies, designing and engineering rail lines, roadways and intersections, and conducting state and county route traffic analysis. He considers having the ability to positively affect the community to be the most rewarding aspect of his career and notes that his greatest professional accomplishment was obtaining his Engineer-In-Training Degree. Mr. Carr received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College in 2005 and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
