James Galley was a well-known dealer and collector of Chinese Export porcelain, fine art, furniture and decorative accessories. Among the extensive offerings of Chinese Export porcelain on June 8th is Lot 188, A Chinese Imari covered tureen and platter, circa 1720-40, with an opening bid of $2,000. Highlighting Day 2, on June 9th, is Lot 1381 EURChurch Parade, Hyde ParkEUR painted by John Sanderson-Wells (1872-1943) with an opening bid of $7,500. Another top lot on June 9th is the Walnut Chester County Chippendale Line Press, Lot 1413, estimated to sell for $8,000 to $12,000, with bidding beginning at $4,000.
