Involved in the landscape and construction industry since he was 16 years old, James Haley has nearly three decades of experience working with commercial and industrial clients and homeowners associations (HOA) to design, maintain and install quality products and provide excellent customer service. For more than seven years, he was the owner of Commercial Yours, a commercial landscape maintenance and development company, and for two years after that, he was the owner of Terrascape Landscape Management Group, which provided maintenance services for industrial, commercial, multi-family and HOA clients throughout Arizona.

Upon joining South West Lawn Care in 2007, Mr. Haley honed years of organizational expertise to begin serving as the company's skilled operations manager in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the business, including scheduling, supervision of staff and customer relations. South West Lawn Care operates as a full-service landscape company that provides turf care, ground cover care, tree and shrub care, fertilization, plant replacement and irrigation system control, repair and maintenance. On call 24 hours, South West also offers tenant services such as window and power washing, porter service, light maintenance and graffiti removal. In his role, Mr. Haley assists South West Lawn Care in protecting the commercial and industrial image of clients by paying attention to their business and budget needs. He shares the company's goal of consistently meeting and exceeding the requirements of both the community and the property, as well as strives to keep residents happy while maintaining the investment of all homeowners and homeowners associations.

A certified playground safety inspector through the National Playground Safety Institute, Mr. Haley is also in charge of running South West Lawn Care's subsidiary, Playbrite International, a company affiliated with Arizona Parks and Recreation, the National Recreation and Parks Association and the American Society for Testing and Materials International. Playbrite is dedicated to offering daycares and homeowners associations a means to keep their playground equipment in good, clean, optimal condition as defined by the national standards and guidelines set in place for playgrounds by the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) and the National Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Mr. Haley attributes his years of success to his hard work and commitment to doing his job right. In addition to working with the knowledge related to his certification, he remains abreast of changes in his industry through memberships with the Community Associations Institute, Irrigation Association and the International Society of Arboriculture. Looking toward the future, Mr. Haley intends to expand the businesses by bringing in larger commercial and industrial properties, and away from the demands of his work, he enjoys playing golf and hiking.
