James Randall Smith Noted for Background in Criminal Justice Law

Mr. Smith has nearly 40 years of experience as an attorney, including 34 years as owner of his private practice. He has tried several cases in federal courts in Texas, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas and Tennessee. A Texas native, Mr. Smith became involved in his profession through a progression of events. He started off studying to become a doctor, but later decided to pursue the law.
Mr. Smith received his JD degree at Texas Southern University.
