Ms. Haywood's daily responsibilities include overseeing sales and customer service, preparing documents for exports, billing, handling logistics, and managing administrative duties, including shipping activities. Working as a member of the Cargill team for 23 years, she attributes her success to her dedication, passion for her work, and the inspiration she receives from her supportive family.

In addition to her role in the field of accounting, Ms. Haywood possesses a strong musical background as she minored in music at Monmouth College. She plays multiple instruments, including the trumpet, the piano, and the cello. She also enjoys composing music and plans on writing a song and someday having it recorded.
