    TORRINGTON, CT, January 29, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Janice M. Dorazio, Director of Rehabilitation at Valerie Manor, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of healthcare administration.

Ms. Dorazio has 27 years of professional experience, four of which have been as the director of rehabilitation at Valerie Manor. At her post, she is tasked with overseeing therapists, ordering equipment, monitoring documents as well as Medicare audits and appeals, and directing interdisciplinary meetings. A desire to work in the medical field prompted her to become involved in her profession, and she considers helping patients through the recovery process to be the most gratifying aspect of her career.

Top-notch management skills are the key to Ms. Dorazio's success. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Health Services from the University of Connecticut, her Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from Becker College and is pursuing her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration though the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
