Mr. Kaylor has 35 years of professional experience, with the last 14 of these years spent in his current position. A veteran project manager, he is tasked with superintending more than 10 projects, upgrading airport locations, official sites and distribution centers, and renovating structural facilities. Prior to joining FedEx, Mr. Kaylor worked as an engineer and project manager for AEG-Telefunken Equipment Group in ULM Germany for 12 years and as a senior project manager, working on international projects, for E-Systems in Greenville, TX for 11 years. Fluent in the German language, Mr. Kaylor considers incorporating European culture into his business strategy to be the most challenging and stimulating aspect of his career. He attributes his success to his determination.

A graduate of Western New England College, Mr. Kaylor received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1970. His professional affiliations include the Project Management Institute. He aspires to venture into the construction field.
