Ms. de Souza has 30 years of tax and accounting experience, dedicating the past 10 years as the managing director of Advisors Incorporated Pte Ltd., a tax consultancy company that provides international and cross-border tax services. Skilled in tax and accounting, she oversees all direct operations of the business and interacts with various clients in the Asia Pacific and international regions, advising on their tax, accounting and business requirements.
Ms. de Souza spent 25 years with Ernst & Young, of which 10 were spent in a senior partner role, before she founded her own company. A Fellow, a certified public accountant in Singapore and Australia, an associate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, and an Accredited Tax Adviser through the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, Ms. de Souza attributes her success to her personal drive and passion. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and serves as a board member for the CHIJ Board of Management since 2009. She has also served in the boards of International Fiscal Association Singapore, SATA CommHealth Singapore, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Looking ahead, Ms. de Souza looks to continue to grow and expand her career in the Asia Pacific and international markets.
